I am a mom of 2 (8-year-old boy; 6-year-old girl) and have babysat and nannied for many years prior to having my own. I have my kids every other weekend so I am available the weekends I don't have them - or if you would like them to come along for play dates, I'm sure they would enjoy that, as well! Reading has always been a big part of my parenting. My children love books, and I incorporate that whenever I'm around other children. I love interactive play, doing puzzles, anything that gets the mind thinking or imagining. Of course, getting outside to play is always a good time, too! My schedule also allows for availability on most Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I have reliable transportation and love pets. Most importantly, I fully understand how important your children are to you & how hard it is to leave them with someone else who isn't family. I don't take that lightly, at all.
