I am available for short term and fill in child care services such as substituting for regular childcare providers, babysitting for date nights, or short notice child care for a sick child. *I homeschool my four children and substitute as a special ed instructional assistant, so my availability varies from day to day. When our full-time nanny needed to take a few weeks off, Tanya stepped in as our backup caregiver, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with her care. She was highly engaging with our 2-year-old and 9-month-old, bringing her own books and activities to enrich their playtime. Tanya is exceptionally tidy, consistently taking the time to clean up toys during naps and ensuring all the children's dishes and bottles were washed after meals. We especially appreciated her initiative in encouraging outdoor walks, as outdoor time is very important to our family. As an experienced mother herself, she managed both children with ease, skillfully handling tantrums and meeting their various needs throughout the day. We completely trust Tanya and would be delighted to have her care for our children again in the future!
