She was my parents caregiver for almost 3 years She was very dependable and attentive to my parents changing needs as they aged She reslized that she would have to be flexible because she was dealing with 92/93 year old patients She formed a very trusting relationship with both them and our family and is very trustworthy Lastly she has a very kind heart and treated my parents with kindness and understanding even when they had a bad day
