About Tanya

Hi, my name is Tanya! I have loved working with children for as long as I can remember! I started babysitting family members around 12 years old and other children at age 14, with the children's ages ranging from 2-3 months to 12 years old. I completed 4 years of Early Education and Care, certifying me to teach toddlers and preschoolers. I worked at a preschool this past summer with children ranging from 13 months-5 years old. I created lesson plans with all kinds of themes for the children, which I loved doing. This gives me 8 years of babysitting experience and 4. 5 years experience working in and out of a classroom. I am very patient and love being able to figure out what works for each individual child. I am now an Early Childhood Education major in college, which means I am a full time student and am only available during my listed hours. A little more about me: whenever I'm back in my hometown, I am a manager at a self serve frozen yogurt store!
