Compassionate, Understanding and Driven I like caring for people because everyone needs help sometimes and I am able bodied and believe it is a calling of mine. Whether it be the individual needing care, or the individuals who have been the caretakers who need respite care. I am capable and was raised to value all people.. but especially to respect and take care of elders, children and those in need. I started caring for seniors when I was very young. Starting off with my own grandparents and turned into something very natural for me. I am very strong and can handle a lot. I have experience dealing with wheelchairs, mobility assistance, aphasia. Have many years experience in assisting physical, occupational and speech therapies. My skills include cooking cleaning and hygiene care including bathing. There isn't much I can't handle. In my spare time, I like to relax! There is not much time for that as I am a mother. I love traveling, nature and self care.
