About Tanisha

I have been working with children for a numbered of years now. I started in middle school, and now in college I still continue to work with children. I have tutored and babysat children from infants to adolescents. I was a camp counselor for two years at ESF in Greenwich, CT and worked with children of all ages. I currently volunteer at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital at the Pediatric Respiratory Care unit, giving care to infants, toddlers, and teenagers. At a daycare in Stamford, CT, I provided age appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. These included activities that will develop the child's leaning capability, keep him/her busy, and use their imagination! Some of these vary from arts and crafts, indoor games in addition to playing outside, reading stories, singing along to colorful songs and dancing, learning the alphabet, numbers, and the weather, ice breaker games to get to know each other, and other educational fun activities!
