About Tanisha

I'd describe my personality as silly and creative yet serious when need to be. I like working with kids because they make me happy. They are hilarious, imaginative, honest, silly. I really couldn't imagine doing anything else! I'm looking for a job that makes me happy and that allows me to help children. I started working with kids when I was a senior in high school (2014-15). I started caring for special needs children in 2013. In my spare time, I like to craft and do projects (resin, spray paint) I love reading, music, and coloring. One thing you should know about me is I love children and helping. From the first visit it's often they don't want me to leave and that is because I love creating safe spaces for kids and their parents. I know how hard it can be to leave your child in some else's care, especially when your child has special needs. My skills include communication, patience, especially during hectic times, and creating a safe and supportive environment.
