About Tania Marcela

I've been working as a childcare provider for the past three years, and I absolutely love what I do! I'm patient, calm, and always looking for creative and imaginative ways to keep children engaged and learning. I'm also fluent in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with a wide range of families. I believe that open communication is key in any relationship, and that's especially true when it comes to caring for someone's child. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method and make sure to keep them updated on their child's day, as well as any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, but I always do so in a positive way. I believe that children learn best when they know what is expected of them, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I have experience with children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once.
