About Tania

I've always had a passion for childcare. As a result, I have three years of experience as a childcare provider. I'm patient and calm, which helps me to connect with children and understand their needs. My creativity and imagination make playtime fun and engaging. I'm also friendly and approachable, which helps me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open communication with parents. I provide verbal communication at pickup, as well as regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I have a college degree and am CPR-trained and First Aid-certified. I'm bilingual and have some knowledge in Montessori methods. I'm comfortable caring for one or two children at a time, from infants to preteens. I'm also comfortable with pets and have a car. Working with children brings me immense joy.
