I'm the eldest of 7 & I have 20yrs of experience working w/children of all ages in a variety of educational settings. Infants/toddlers: assist w/sleep training, feeding schedules & sign language. As a high school/middle school Creative Writing Teacher & formerly a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to kindergarten-2nd grade, I'm dedicated to nurturing children's growth &development. My passion for fostering a nurturing environment stems from my desire to make a lasting impact on their lives. My calm/patient nature allows me to connect easily w/children, while my creative side fuels imaginative play & learning opportunities. I believe in open communication w/parents & follow their preferred methods to ensure a collaborative & transparent partnership. When enforcing household rules, I maintain a firm but gentle approach, ensuring a safe& structured environment. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote physical/mental/emotional well-being.
