I take seniors on outings that align with their interests and facilitate interactions that bring them joy, through exercise, music, animals, children, art, nature and dementia friendly activities. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, but I put my career on hold to raise children. With each stage of childhood, came re-evaluation of a return to work. But the evolving challenges of a child with developmental delays and the rewards of flexible volunteer work, justified our single income lifestyle. I'm seeking to balance my week with some "junior" clients, 0-5 yrs old. Helping them engage and explore the world around them draws on similar skills of creativity and analysis of language and behavior - and will keep my skills sharp for future grandbabies.

Tami is great with our kids (boy age 8, girl age 9). She works with them to get their homework completed, ensures they are fed, and drives them to their activities. We've had AuPairs and nannies before and our kids love Tami! She is wonderful with engaging them and conflict resolution. Highly recommend her.
