About Tammy

My vast history of experience in direct patient care, case management, and hospice can be of benefit to you, your family, and support network. I have worked in long term and residential care as well patients' personal homes. I have earned several certificates in the healthcare field, including Alzheimer's and a Dementia care and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology. Prior work has been with patients of various mental and physical health diagnosis. Having experience in hospice care, I am honored to care for people as they journey through a compassionate death. I have a personal goal to earn my credentials and become a Death Doula. I am currently seeking part time or full time hours, not to exceed 40/hr week nor five of seven days a week.
