I like caring for seniors because of the history they can tell. And their ability to be truthful and genuine. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a companion for a local senior. I can help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, judgement free companionship. I started caring for seniors when I was in my 20s and was running a low-income housing complex. I learned so much about the needs specific to the seniors. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, find new ways to enjoy the outdoors, and I volunteer at the local library. One thing you should know about me is all of my parents have passed. I am now missing the stories and time with them, and I have seen the need in the local seniors for companionship and assisting in maneuvering the modern world. My skills include patience, warmth, ability to adapt to each unique customers needs.
