I moved here from Milwaukee, WI to pursue a Master's in Child Life. I'm fully vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine and am CPR certified. I've been working with kids for as long as I can remember, and have experience with children 2 weeks and up. I've received (ACCT) certification that allows me to assist in a daycare setting. In undergrad I became a certified RWID adaptive dance instructor and taught dance in both a recreational and competitive capacity. I've spent many summers working at a summer camp for children with chronic and/or life threatening illnesses, and am comfortable providing meals, personal care, social support, academic support, and any other type of support your situation may require! I know basic ASL signs and am comfortable with all ability levels. While in school I have been providing ABA services/respite care (for over 3 years now). Most recently I've achieved both the International Nanny Association's general nanny & Infant Care Specialist basic skills assessments

I worked with Tami at a camp for kids with all different kinds of special needs. Tami was incredibly gentle, kind, caring, loving, and passionate about the work that we did. I could not recommend her enough to work in child care! She is attentive and knows what she's doing from her extensive background in working with kids from a variety of disabilities. You'd be lucky to have her!!!
