In undergrad I became a certified RWID adaptive dance instructor & taught dance in both a recreational & competitive capacity. I've spent many summers working at a summer camp for children with chronic and/or life threatening illnesses, & am comfortable providing meals, personal care, social support, academic support, & any other type of support your situation may require! I know basic ASL signs & am comfortable with all ability levels. While in school I provided ABA services/respite care (for over 3 years now). I've achieved both the International Nanny Association's general nanny & Infant Care Specialist basic skills assessments & am a Certified Infant Massage Teacher. I currently work full-time at Children's Wisconsin as a Certified Child Life Specialist.

Five stars simply aren't enough for Tami! As first-time parents, leaving our daughter with a babysitter while being out of our hometown was incredibly nerve-wracking. However, from the moment we contacted Tami, she put our minds completely at ease. Her responsiveness was truly impressive; she replied to our inquiries promptly and thoroughly, providing detailed answers that addressed every concern we had. What truly set Tami apart was her willingness to meet us in person before the babysitting appointment. This allowed us to get to know her, and more importantly, for her to get to know our daughter. It was clear from that initial meeting that Tami was genuinely caring and attentive. While we were away, Tami kept us updated with regular messages and even sent us pictures, which was so reassuring. It was evident that she was not just watching our daughter, but actively engaging with her and ensuring she was happy and comfortable. Tami's professionalism, combined with her warm and nurturing demeanor, made her an absolute dream babysitter.
