We hired Tami on a bit of a last minute basis for a scheduled outing. During the interview she took time to address all my concerns and answer questions about her experience and background. She also asked a lot of good questions which demonstrates the thought she puts into child care. When she arrived to take care of my girls, after a brief walk-around of our house, she immediately took on the girls' care and took to them nicely. She has a friendly and kind demeanor and my girls enjoyed their time with her. She updated me on their status when I requested it throughout the evening and was overall a pleasure to work with!
