About Tami

I am looking to give much needed breaks while my children are in school. An occasional appointment or a day each week is ideal. I am a mother of 5 children of my own ranging in age from 12 - 19 years old. Two boys and 3 girls! After my 4th child was born I made the difficult decision to leave my corporate job and decided to stay home with them. During this time I cared for up to 3 additional children in my home ranging from newborn to school age. The memories we created singing, dancing, making crafts, cooking, learning to count and read are some I will cherish forever. I still keep in touch with several of the children I cared for and share in their accomplishments as they are now entering preschool to high school. I also worked for 2 years as an occasional sub for KISD (mostly preschool and special education) and cared for an elderly relative for several months. I adore children of all ages and believe in providing the care that I wanted my children to receive when I was away.
