I have directly supervised Ms. L. in my residential program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Ms. L. has been a valuable asset to my team. Although every patient that Ms. L. works with has a diagnosis of mental illness, she specifically works with the senior population (ages 65 and above) who suffer from a mental illness. Ms. L. is kind, caring and able to maintain proper boundaries. Ms. L. values the patient's right to privacy and self-determination while to maintaining the program's mission statement. Ms. L. completes all of her documentation in an efficient and timely manner. I highly recommend Ms. L. for any job that she endeavors.
