About Tamia

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My desire to make a positive impact on children's lives led me to become a childcare provider. With my previous daycare experience with various ages, from 1 to 15 years old, and my background in education, I value quality time and would provide a safe and interactive experience for children. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe clear and open communication is vital, so I send written daily reports and have verbal communication during pickup or use the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, educational games, and technology-based games with children. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have taken Early Child Development coursework. I'm willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
