Tamar has been the nanny for our two children for the past 9 months. As part of this position, she has utilized several curriculum to develop, daily learning activities for both children that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for both of our children. As a result, I have seen my preschooler excel in writing, his love for Scripture and reading, and the creative arts. My infant has developed her gross and fine motor skills, non-verbal communication via sign language, verbal communication, and practical life skills such as cleaning up toys. Tamar has also taken the initiative to find extracurricular activities that have enriched our children's learning. For example, she signed up for weekly story times at the local library and science classes at the aquarium. In addition, Tamar has supported our parenting philosophies by engaging our kids in play over technology, appropriately disciplining with a firm love, and emphasizing academic and spiritual development of our kids.
