My positive experiences in babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career as a caregiver, where I can make a positive impact on children's lives. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe these qualities help me connect with children and foster a nurturing environment. I communicate with parents about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I find this multi-faceted approach ensures parents are well-informed about their child's activities and well-being. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, as I believe consistency and structure are important for children's development. I enforce rules in a gentle and age-appropriate manner, explaining the reason behind each rule and encouraging children to understand and follow them.
