I would love spending time with your furry family member. I grew up with cats, dogs, hamsters, and at times even turkeys! I had a pet rabbit for 9 years and have an amazing orange tabby. I am no stranger to pet play, litter box cleaning, feedings, etc. Not long after I first adopted my tabby I boarded him at a pet "resort" that touted great care and fun experiences (paid extra) while I traveled; however, that wasn't what I found when I returned a day earlier than expected. Personal items they said he could have to ease the separation (blanket, stuffy) were still in the bag, in a closet. He came home extremely distant and with kennel cough and I vowed I'd never do that again. Now he's my travel buddy by car and air and he loves it. I think it is so important to have someone we can trust to CARE for our fur babies when we do have to be away!
