Working at a retirement community was one of the most humbling, rewarding, and life changing experiences I have ever had the honor of experiencing. Although my responsibilities included balancing the various responsibilities of 12 patients with Alzheimer s as well as Dementia, I provided excellent one on one care to each and every patient making sure that each was taken care of as if they were the only patient. Recognizing that few people are able to provide such quality of care while executing critical responsibilities for various patients at the same time, I knew that this was meant to be part of my calling. Far too many patients have few if any family members that come to visit them and it is a true honor to over time become a close family member to my patients. It is humbling to say the least, to earn the trust of my patients, bond with them and provide a daily source of comfort and company for them, and to ultimately give back to the elderly.

I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of being an associate of Talina for 2 years. She is still to this day the best private duty caregiver that I have ever crossed paths with, as I have encountered many. She was always professional, prompt and kind. You could tell by the way she interacted with her patients as well as spoke about them, that she truly cared. She is very compassionate, considerate and service oriented. Not only did her patient and their families love her, so did the other residents of the community as well as the staff. From time to time I would get inquiries for a private caregiver and I always referenced Talina. Her experience includes working with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I would not hesitate in recommending her to any care position. She truly is a joy to be around.
