About Talia

As a caregiver, my passion for supporting families and my previous babysitting experiences inspired me to pursue a career in childcare. I am known for my outgoing and patient demeanor, making me a reassuring presence for children. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong bonds with the kids in my care. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup, along with regular text or phone call updates, following their preferred communication method. I firmly believe in upholding household rules and ensuring a safe and consistent environment for the children. With two years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to 4 children at a time. While my education background includes some college and being an assistant teacher at a Day care, I have also completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) courses.
