About Talia

Hello, I'm Talia and I'm 20 years old! Starting August 2025 I'll be living and working in DC for at least three years while my partner attends Georgetown Law school. I started caregiving in 2022 by doing home healthcare and volunteering with SEIU2015, but switched to professional childcare in 2023! My favorite age groups to work with are babies and toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm seeking a full time position, and my rates start at $25 an hour for one child. I have worked for 8 families since 2023, providing full time care for the main family for a year and a half. I love to clean and cook, and would be happy to do either for your family. On the job, my focus is on giving your loved one a safe, routine-focused, and creative space. I do well with quiet children, and ones who have big personalities! I'm patient but firm, and not afraid of behavioral problems or big feelings and emotions. I would be happy to work with you on any challenges your child comes across!
