As a caregiver with 3 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing and educating children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. My patient and friendly nature allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their needs are met. In my role as a caregiver, I follow the lead of the parents when it comes to enforcing household rules. I understand that each family has its own unique set of rules and expectations, and I am committed to respecting and supporting those. I find great joy in engaging children in a variety of games and activities.
