About Talia

My name is Talia. I was born and raised in Northern California, but I have lived in Seattle, WA for the last 6 years. I am ready to return to sunny California in September 2024 with my fiancé. I have a Masters in Special Ed, & am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, but I realized the field of work is no longer a good fit for me. I'm taking time away from the field to reassess my career goals & what is next. In the meantime, I want to return to a role I have always loved, which is becoming a part of a new family as a nanny. I have over 10 years of nannying experience & 8 years of early intervention/special needs direct care experience. I love the outdoors, painting, and helping children to embrace their own creativity. My biggest strength when working with children is my ability to enter their world of play and get on their level. I can be silly & fun, but firm, & set boundaries when necessary.
