About Talia

Previously, I worked as a Resident Advisor, where I mentored female students, enhancing my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. After graduating, I worked at a psychiatric facility for children and adolescents, providing care to those facing mental health challenges. This role deepened my understanding of the complex needs of children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Following, I worked in a daycare setting with toddlers and Pre-K children, gaining valuable experience in early childhood development. I also provided intensive in-home behavioral interventions for children, collaborating with families to create personalized treatment plans. Currently, I work at a clinic specializing in autism as an RBT where I provide individualized therapies to help children develop social, communication, and self-care skills. Caring for children is not just my job-it's my passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives.
