Tae is fantastic! She did a meet and greet with us a few days prior to meet us and our little baby girl so that everyone was comfortable the day we had scheduled her. She asks great questions about our child's needs and engages with your child immediately.( but she washed her hands first and asked if was okay if she rubbed her or picked her up) We knew then our baby was in good hands she wanted to make sure we were comfortable as well. We instantly felt comfortable with her caring for our daughter and we were not disappointed! Would definitely recommend her to other parents and plan to hire her again!
