I've worked for Kennedy Krieger Institute where I had to cater to a wide variety of diagnosis. Before that, I worked for Baltimore City public school system for two years educating both Autistic and general education students. In the special education setting, I was responsible for up to 9 students at a time. In the general education setting, I was responsible for up to 30 students at a time. I have experience in transporting wheel-chair bound patients, treating asthma, teaching and communicating in ASL, prepping meals, administering medication, medical jargon if necessary, and toileting.
