About Tajmatie

My name is Tajmatie V. I am 50 years old and a mother of two. After getting laid off my job in 2009, I became a stay at home mom. I love caring for my family and taking care of my household. However, my kids are growing up and I felt the need to get back into the workforce. Therefore, I searched for part-time nanny positions in my area. I came across a lovely family of five, three of whom are children. They were looking for a nanny and I was looking to be a caretaker. I have been with this family for about 13 months and love watching these kids grow up. I am certified in CPR. I have taken care of these children, ages 5, 2, and 1, by picking them up from school, feeding them, reading to them, engaging in arts and crafts, and taking them to the playground. I also took care of the children's laundry, cleaned the kitchen after cooking, and cleaned the children's play area. Overall, I loved working with this family and I know they loved me back, however, I need a few more hours per week; that is why I am looking for another job.
