Do NOT recommend. She is absent minded. Keeps checking her phone while doing childcare despite 3 gentle requests. Has zero enthusiasm in putting efforts to connect with kids/teach them anything. Doesn't know how to talk to toddlers. Sloppy demeanor, appears as though she can't carry her own weight Was sleepy and dragging her feet on most weekends. When we are around she tried to interact with kids when we aren't watching she put minimal efforts/interaction with kids. Ghosted us even though she was scheduled for another 6 weeks to work with us. Her priority is her phone, and her daydreams. not the kids. Even after working for 6 months, couldn't connect with kids. Kids preferred parents even though she was around. Pros: comes on time and adjusted with our schedule changes
