About Tacura

My journey into caregiving began through fulfilling babysitting roles and that evolved into a passion for working with children as I got older. I currently work as a summer camp counselor in between school years. I am going into my 3rd year of college, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Education. Both my job and my degree path require clearances. I have a federal background check, a PA criminal history check, and a child abuse check, all of which I am more than willing to share. I am known for my patience and a friendly demeanor, and I strive to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. With my experience working at summer camp, I am comfortable providing written reports and/or just informing the parent at the end of our time together about the day the children and I had. Enforcing household rules is not an issue for me. Structured environments promote respect and allow us to remain safe. I love to play games with the children.
