Tacianna is very punctual which is hugely helpful as my day can get crazy busy with clients coming over for animal training and care. She messages me each time she arrives and is always a few minutes early. She checks in with me about if anything needs to be cleaned differently than before or if anything extra needs cleaning which I am very appreciative of. As we board several dogs throughout the week, have our own German Shepherd and 4 kitties, our home can get super furry super quickly. Tacianna not only has been amazing helping make it look like animals aren't even in the house but she is super friendly and caring to our animals as well as client animals I have. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a thorough house cleaning by someone who is also amazingly kindhearted.
