About Tabitha

I like working with children because I am a child at heart myself! I love to play games, tell stories, and make art. Being around kiddos provides such a fun and fresh perspective to life, and I love to hear the ways their growing minds work! Before moving to Portland, I spent the summer as an overnight camp counselor, caring for a cabin of 11 12-year-old girls. In college I studied biomedical engineering and volunteered as an English and math tutor. I am currently working as a school photographer, closely interacting with students of all ages, and plan to wrap up this job before Thanksgiving break.
