Szilvia is absolutely the best! I just remembered I needed to write these reviews because she deserves it! I had to go out of town in January this year for 10 days in Alaska for work. I was so incredibly nervous because I had never left my cat before with anyone except my mom, who wasn't available. My tripod senior Siamese cat had lots of very special needs with medicine, food, anxiety separation, and cancer survivor! Szilvia was responsive, respectful, and really compassionate from the moment we started communicating. When she came to the house, Shadow (my cat) was immediately calm in her presence. Animals know how to identify safe people, and Szilvia hit the nail on the head. I immediately felt much calmer knowing Shadow would be in her care. I showed her the whole routine with litter, food, meds, brushing, and baby talk (ha ha!). She was so pro! I even forgot to make a copy of my house key, and she was able to make special accommodations to figure that out with me. While I was gone, she updated me frequently, sent me pictures, and reassured me that Shadow was okay. She told me how exciting it was when Shadow actually started coming out to greet her and meowing for her food. I thought that was cute! When I got home, I'm pretty sure Shadow thought I was Szilvia, but when she figured out it was me, she was mad for like two minutes and then started back to her old mama's girl routine. I could tell she actually had gotten used to Szilvia! When she came back to return my house key, Shadow recognized her and was very calm. I was so surprised! I had never trusted anyone and never saw Shadow act this way before, so Szilvia definitely was the right one for the job! I was so impressed that I paid her a little extra for helping me out last minute. I also hired her for another job in the Spring/Summer this year, when I had another long work trip. She came in and remembered everything about how to care for Shadow like it was her own cat! And the best part, Shadow remembered her, too, at least I'm pretty sure! They were perfect together again, and I felt so at peace knowing she was in the right hands. Just as before, Szilvia kept me updated on everything with Shadow. She even told me when my apartment complex was painting and making changes to the property. She brought in packages when I needed her to. I was really grateful for all she did for me and Shadow. Long story short, I trust Szilvia like a sister. She is a kind and gentle spirit, and I met her husband, too, who seemed very loving and supportive, both animal-friendly! I got to know Szilvia like family, and that to me means so much. You will not go wrong hiring her for any job, as she will take a personal interest to make it special and make your heart feel good! Thank you, Szilvia, for EVERYTHING! You're simply the best! (P.S. I knew you were the one when I read the reviews on your page about cats knowing you, so I just have to echo every sentiment! You have the right touch!)
