I have an adult special needs brother that lives with us. He's 45, but 7ish mentally and nonverbal. I can't say enough good about Synthia. I hired her to be a friend/mentor to my brother so he would have some autonomy in his life provide him with a fun, social outlet. She takes him on outings a couple times a month. Synthia is an absolute natural. Very comfortable with him. She's gone to great lengths to build a fun friendship, learn his interests and plan fun outings that he would enjoy. He can hardly wait for their get together days. She's an amazing lady through and through.
