Hi! I can help people in 2 specific ways: 1) FOOD- help people get their health back on track by picking out those healthier FOOD choices and prepping. This can create an overall base for healing- mentally, physically. My true passion. 2) ADVOCATE- My background is in Social work- working esp. with Seniors, Case Management, and as a CNA. I can advocate for patient rights, add support in any setting Details regarding FOOD and Healthy Eating: 1) Shop: pick out food choices, what tastes good to you, prep & make it easy. 2) Kitchen Prep! (veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, low sugar, low grains/gluten-free, minimally processed) 3) Clean up & Organize! More about me: I love gardening, walking, socializing, am super patient, fun, very creative- but also enjoy working hard and being efficient to get the job done. If any of this rings a bell-- Feel free to reach out and ask me about your situation. I am passionate to help in both of these ways.

Sylvia is a delight. She is a one-of-a-kind, all around support machine. We used Sylvia when our son was a newborn and she always went above and beyond, helping with new parents as well as helping our son thrive. Sylvia would go the extra mile to help with our disabled dog, taking her for walks and making the old girl feel like she was still the star. To say she brought order to our chaotic lives would be an understatement. We also hired her for help with an elderly family member where she helped doctors to diagnose Parkinson's disease in Grandma. Sylvia helped manage her diet resulting in better mobility and overall wellness. I believe she helped extend Grandma's life. Sylvia is focused and thoughtful. You will be lucky to work with her!
