I have a big passion helping others and making life a bit easier especially when the simplest thing may seem so difficult to complete and I don't mind stepping in and taking over to complete that task and helping families carry the weight of having to care for a loved one, it can be overwhelming at times. Excellent communication and very considerate. Sylvia and i texted several times about my dad’s care needs. He does nit have use if his kegs so can;t assist during a transfer in and out if wheelchair. Sylvia took the time to explain that she gad to decline the position due ti lower back surgery two years ago. She could have easily just stopped communicating when she realized it wasn’t the right position for her but she handled the communication very professionally.
