I have great communication skills when it comes to children . Allow them to feel comfortable and express themselves the best they can. I allow them to be themselves which helps me learn better and make it easier to adapt with different personalities and children outspoken, ambitious, and vibrant. I have a child of my own and know responsibilities that comes with them.
