Sydney was such a blessing to our family. Our son couldn't have been in better hands. She was so engaged and invested in his development. She was also super respectful of our parenting style, and had a lot of wisdom to offer thanks to her vast experience with children. If life didn't have other plans, we'd have had her as our nanny forever.
