I can't say enough positive things about Sydney. She has been with us since our first was born and she has become a part of our family. She is patient, calm and caring. She is flexible and handles our two young boys with grace. She completes tasks around the house without being asked and does so in a way that it is exactly how you would've completed them yourself. She helped me with knowledge on developmental milestone, baby cues/schedules, feeding and so much more! She not only loved and cared for our children like her own but she has become a close friend and supported me through motherhood. She is truly the gold standard for childcare and we are heartbroken that we will be loosing her. If you are lucky enough to have her with your family, you hit the jackpot. Sydney truly is a gem!
