Sydney acted as a babysitter, nanny, and business assistant for us for about 3 months. On the baby sitting front, she was very detail oriented, and made sure she had a bunch of good information about how to care for our 5 year old son. She did an excellent job carrying out our wishes, and our son liked being cared for by her. She also took the initiative to get our feedback on her work so that she could tune her work to our wishes, which we really appreciated. On the nanny front, she was very efficient and detail oriented as well -- running errands, picking up our son from school, and very good light housekeeping. As no surprise, here same willingness to learn and be detail oriented came with her help in doing some of my business tasks as well. Opening and sorting mail, filing, paying bills -- all really great work! I high recommend her!
