About Sydney

I have 2 years experience as a veterinary assistant, as well as a lifetime of experience with my own cats and dog. I am comfortable administering medications and taking care of sick/special needs pets (I also have experience with dogs with spinal issues and orthopedic surgery patients, and can perform at home PT exercises), as well as walking dogs and cleaning litter boxes. I can trim cat and dog nails as well. I am also experienced with "aggressive"/fearful/anxious animals. I'd describe my personality as curious, compassionate, and eager to help. I like working with animals not only because they're adorable and love unconditionally, but also to help those who are unable to voice their needs the same way humans can. I've had pets my entire life, but I started working with animals in 2020. In my spare time, I like to watch sports, hang out with my three orange cats, hike, birdwatch, and paint. One thing you should know about me is that I am willing to go above and beyond to help others.
