Sydney is the absolute best! You will always know your little is safe and in great hands when she's around. She came to help my family when my baby was just turned 4 months old. She has always been patient, kind, punctual, and attentive. My little girl just adores her! The level of excitement you see on your baby's face when she walks through the door is what you hope to see. She doesn't park them in front of a screen; they have so much fun with all the intentional play. As a new mom and new to the nanny world, she made the entire process so easy. Even with her experience, she took time to learn and understand the approaches I felt comfortable with for my little. Sydney is super knowledgable and always learning new ways to improve her skills. She brought so many great suggestions to help with my baby's development when we needed it the most. She gave my baby room to grow and explore her surroundings safely. She was always engaged, learned my baby's cues (which weren't typical signs for hunger, sleepiness, etc.), and helped monitor her sleep patterns when we were still figuring out her wake and sleep windows. She taught my baby simple signs and by 7 months, my little was signing for "milk" and "more". The amount of growth in the past four months (speech development, standing and balancing) is partially attributed to the consistent and fun environment Sydney helped create for my little. At 8.5 months now, my baby will also look for Sydney if she happened to be asleep when she has to leave, it really is the cutest thing. Sydney was very organized...prepping bottles and took care of baby's laundry etc, when she had down time. She'd always set us up for success in maintaining habits with the baby and it was always easy to pick up where she left off at the end of the day. We are so happy for Sydney's move and next adventure; she deserves all of the amazing things. We will definitely miss her so much and she knows she is always welcome whenever she's back in town. I could obviously go on and on...Sydney is great at what she does, and she cares. 10/10 recommend!
