About Sydney

Hi!! My name is Sydney, I am originally from Morris, MN, but I am entering my second year studying social work at MSUM! I have been babysitting/nannying for 4 years now and currently work at a daycare with ages 8-18 months. I find joy in helping families and making a positive impact on children's lives. I have some knowledge of early child development and am CPR/First Aid certified. I approach caregiving with a combination of patience, creativity, and friendliness and I communicate openly with parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. My passion for caregiving extends to activities that encourage learning and fun, such as board games, puzzles, and educational games. My skills, experience, and dedication make me confident in caring for your children and I am looking forward to starting my new journey with you and your family!
