About Sydney

Hello, my name is Sydney! I have 8 years of professional nanny experience. I have worked with 3 different families, the most recent family I was with for just over 5 years and help care for 3 of their children from birth. I worked from 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. I took care of pick-ups and drop offs, doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, Gymboree classes, extracurricular activities (golf, swim, gymnastics). We had fun outings like the Long Beach Aquarium, the LA Zoo, the park daily, the farmers market weekly, the beach, the Discovery Cube, and so many more fun and educational experiences. I believe that children need the utmost attention, and do not use my phone while I'm working unless it's to take photos, or in case of an emergency. I have my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology, and several of the courses included child psychology and child development, ranging from birth through adolescence. I then went on the get my Master's of Science in Forensic Psychology.
