About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney, a Youth Studies major at the University of Minnesota. I'm passionate about working with children, and I'm excited to apply for a nanny position this summer. My studies have given me a solid understanding of child development and the importance of building positive relationships with kids. I've volunteered for over 6 months, working with teens on creative tech projects. This experience taught me valuable communication and mentoring skills, which I believe are essential when caring for children. I also have experience babysitting children ages 1-13, where I've helped with homework, organized activities, and ensured their safety. I love kids' energy and curiosity and enjoy planning fun, educational activities. I'm dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and have fun.
