About Sydney

I use my creativity and imagination to make learning fun and engaging. As a friendly and approachable caregiver, I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred method of contact. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a wide variety of activities with children that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as coursework in early child development. I'm a recent graduate of Washington and Lee University where I studied Cognitive and Behavioral Science. I am working as a scribe in family medicine at UVA but do not start until 8/5. I am going to medical school next year.
