Sydney is very reliable. One of my favorite qualities in her is if she has a concern or a question she asks and does not just assume she is doing something correctly. My children absolutely love her. They are 9, 2, and 10 months old. We have been using her for almost 2 years now and will continue to do so. It's very comforting for me when I leave my children with her knowing that they are excited she's the one watching them. It helps for us to enjoy our night! I would very much so recommend Sydney. She is hands on, responsible, and very gentle and trusting.
